SmartShare Training and Certification
The SmartShare training and certification program currently consists of two levels (Professional and Specialist) for the core products. After having successfully completed training a certificate will be issued.

SmartShare Certified Professional
A one-day course provides you with a basic understanding of the WAN optimization and bandwidth management solutions and technology, as well as hands-on experience with the StraightShaper™ and FairRouter™ products. You get:
- Fundamental education in TCP and UDP protocols, QoS and bandwidth management and its advantages over non-controlled systems
- Inside look at the convergence of analog telephony to VoIP, Unified Communications, SaaS and Cloud Computing challenges
- Installation, configuration, operation, administration and troubleshooting of SmartShare products
- SmartShare Professional product training and necessary technical skills (network, routing, QoS)
- Hands-on experience with the SmartShare products
SmartShare Certified Specialist
A two-day course qualifies you to meet the most challenging end user requirements in high-end installations. It provides you with proficiency in the StraightShaper™ and FairRouter™ products . It includes:
- Advanced features and integration including configuration for DMZ and load balanced WAN
- Installation, configuration, operation, administration and troubleshooting of SmartShare products in complex installations
- In-depth knowledge on system tuning, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support
- Hands-on experience with the SmartShare products
