SmartShare systems launches 2 new product lines.

The new SmartShare firmware 3.0 is not only about more functionality, but is also the basis for two new product lines. link to release note

 

As of February 15th  SmartShare products are now available as virtual appliances for VMware vSphere (ESXi).
The virtual SmartShare product is initially only available as an alternative to our Educational product, the new 4000 series. To learn more about how you can become a reseller of the SmartShare virtual product line please contact sales@smartsharesystems.com.

 

The new and more powerful 4000 series hardware supersedes the 1000 and 5000 series hardware. Besides the more powerful hardware, LCD Status display and support for up to 2 DMZ, the 4000 series now handles up to 400 Mbit/s internet connections (upgradeable license from 200 Mbit/s to 400 Mbit/s). The 4000 series supports from 20 to 20.000 IP devices, licensed as the 1000 and 5000 series. You can see the full datasheet here (link FairRouter - link StraightShaper)
